Dr Killefer was one of the kindest doctors I have ever had for my child. My daughter was very sick with a stomach bug and as a mom of a baby I was terrified. She couldnt keep anything down and had lost 2 lbs in 24 hours. Dr Killefer sat with us for over 2 hours and helped me feed my daughter gatorade through a syringe a couple ml at a time to get her rehydrated in hopes to avoid an er visit. My daughter turned a corner after her incredible care and we are so thankful for her patience and compassion.
Dr. Killefer cared for my son multiple times in the Urgent Care while he was undergoing treatment for chronic illness. We were always excited to see her and felt the care was great!
Not happy with how she treated my children today in urgent care. After explaining to me that she needed to use “dye” on my youngest child. My two older kids misinterpreted it as “die” and quickly became concerned and curious about what was going on. She later sternly said, “Boys, be quiet,” and held her hand up the them. Not professional.
My Son was having terrible stomach pains for a week. We had been to the Dr twice with no resolve. I ended up taking him to Urgent Care. This is where we met Heidi. She asked a ton of questions and figured out what was wrong. My son is pain free and on the mend. She is wonderful!
Would be excellent if she didn't make fun of my sick daughters name to my face.
