Been coming here since 2006! Love my Heidi & Jo Jo family! Will continue as long as they're braiding.
Walked in around 9am with no appointment and was out in less than 90 minutes. Including wait time.
All the women here are rude, horrible service, braids are sloppy work. They didn't greet me and tried to dismiss me to ask questions for getting my hair done. Do not recommend. Save your money and find a real braider.
Online appt 8:30, no one showed up till 9am, told lady my appt was at 8:30, she said the don't open till 9am, and someone will be there soon. It was 10 am before she started and then took a break at 11am to eat. She finished about a little before 1p, said I should've called to let them known about my appt was at 8:30 but I was receiving emails verifying my appt??? She would've been there. Too many curls for a Goddess braids, will not return, I've been going there for over 5 yrs, and there were gossiping in different language
I give them 5 stars ,my hair came out beautiful .Thank you so much🩷 Kelly
