Heidi is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made buying a house from several states away much easier.
Heidi has great personality and will make you feel like she is caring and understanding, but then I noticed she was not very experienced. She was discouraging buyers to look at the house when it went under contract, a contract I felt was going to fall through (and it did). It left me with no backup offer and having to go back to the drawing board. Couldn’t have done it without Heidi! We bought remotely from CA sight unseen and we felt in such wonderful hands with Heidi. She thinks of all of the right questions to ask and things to look for when viewing houses and provided great feedback to us since we were only on FaceTime. She is calm and reassuring and we felt like she had a handle on things so we could focus on our actual cross country move. Knew from our first chat she was the realtor for us and we were right!
