Heidi is so wonderful work with, whether she is helping you with life insurance or home insurance, she is always very thorough and informative. It is very clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and ensures that your plans are customized to suit your needs. If you want an agent that is not sales pitchy, cares about what you need and want, and will make sure you understand exactly what your plan covers or could cover.... then Heidi is hands down the BEST!!!
We purchased auto insurance through State Farm with Russ Herman. We got a great rate for better coverage and better deductibles. Russ was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with more than just insurance. He provided great advice and education for things we knew little about. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need. Russ is a great person and valuable asset to have on your team for insurance. We are excited to be on the State Farm team!
Heidi is so amazing! She really takes the time to educate you on insurance and helps find the best possible coverage for your family and pocketbook!! Her staff is wonderful too, they are all licensed and can help if Heidi is unavailable at that moment.
