Professional, thorough and empathetic! Very satisfied with her.
Heidi is the most professional and knowledgeable NP I've seen in the Pryor/Tulsa area. She works to finds solutions. And....you don't end up waiting for a hour in the waiting room. She runs on time!!! I've never had to wait....which is great when you're sick. At the risk of overloading her, I highly recommend her if you're searching for a new provider. She's the best.
I have been seeing Heidi for a couple years now and I will be sorely disappointed if she decides to leave! Many reviews have stated how kind and caring she is and also how she listens to people...and every one of them is right! Heidi and crew have often fit me in to be seen when I have had an issue with my chronic condition, which is so awesome when you are feeling run down. Heidi is a compassionate woman by nature (it would seem to me) and I really enjoy having her on my team!
