In person, Dr. Hepp is fine, but if she tells you to call her if you aren't feeling better, don't expect her to respond or be of any use to you at all. I have left three messages fit her over the past 3 days, and have not received any response. Good thing I still feel like crap... I'll be looking for a new doctor now.

I really like Dr. Hepp. She is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients. I would highly recommend her!
Dr. Hepp is the greatest Ladie I know she makes me and my family feel like we matter and she lets us know just what needs to be done ,
