Heidi's very nice and I like her. I think that my big issue is with that she's only in her office Monday thru Wednesday and it seems like it takes much longer than it should to receive communication back when you have a question. We need a referral and can't seem to get one after a couple of weeks. I've emailed several times but haven't heard back at all. My problem is not really with care received from Heidi, but with how the office/paperwork is managed and how difficult it is to reach someone without physically going into ... read more
