My parents have went to her for a few years she was great in the beginning. She changed about a year ago to not giving great care not listening to them. Not giving them a chance to be heard. We wanted to see her pa and were shut down more than once. I’m so disappointed and glad we are able to change to someone who will care for them the way they should be taken care of...
