Heidi Fore went above and beyond to make sure our closing went through despite multiple obstacles. She drive 3 hours round trip to retrieve a document and hand delivered it so that the new owners could take occupancy. She gave us great advice to get our property ready to sell, assisted us with pricing our house fairly but competitively, and we were able to find a buyer quickly. Heidi is amazing. She gave us great practical advice on selling our house and we sold it almost as soon as we put it on the market. I can't recommend her enough for anyone selling or buying a house.
We recently had Heidi help us with the purchase of a home and in addition to her vast knowledge, she has the patience of a saint! Heidi and her crew went out of their way to sell our house in a very difficult real estate market condition. Heidi gave us good advice at every step of the process. She brought in her crew to fix some problems that were needed to accomplish getting the house sold.
