I've been going to see Heidi for a few years now, and I'm very happy with her. She knows a lot about a lot of different things, and she is very caring and patient. She has helped me out so much w/ my health issues, and I'm truly grateful. Heidi's nurses are excellent, too. I find them to be understanding and easy to talk to, and they are good about quickly following up w/ test results. And, the ladies who work at the front desk have also always been really great--welcoming and friendly. The whole office is wonderful :)
Heidi did a great job! She ordered blood work and found out my psa was 14. She said I needed to see a urologist. Upon seeing my urologist and getting biopsy of my prostate i found out I had prostate cancer grade 2. I had a bone scan and the cancer had not spread. After having surgery and removal of my prostate they biopsy my prostate and find out it to be grade 5 and the most aggressive cancer there is. I just want to thank Heidi and her staff for saving my life. I'm cancer free now for 2+ years. God willing i will stay that... read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would. First off the nurse was horrible and rude. Second Heidi and her staff needlessly caused a patient to lose a job because they refused service for a week then refused to document that the patient was trying to get in and had been making contact and taking medical advise over the phone which was useless. Third and final straw was when she decided to completely change medicine regiment without discussing with patient or giving any advise on the changes. Which is both medically and ethica... read more
