Dr Fleischmann always has taken whatever time is needed to treat the patient. Highly competent. Unfortunately, the office staff and medical assistants are unfriendly, and almost make you think they don't like working there. The scheduling calendar only goes out about two months, and that is downright bad business--you can't plan much. The office is living in the 1980s, with no email option to contact the doctor, no patient online account (e.g., MyChart), and does not send prescriptions in electronically. Dr. Fleischmann is wonderful! I have been her patient for many years, and she is the best. I have a skin disease, and it is under control because of her diligence. Dr. Fleischmann is personable and takes her time to explain medical concerns and how one should take care of oneself.
Dr Fleischmann is an excellent doctor. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable experienced dermatologist. Dr Fleischmann is thorough, listens to your concerns, is patient and explains all procedures.

Dr. Fleischmn removed mole&more tissue.She left room&left young assistant to finish.Asstnt barely spoke to me.This was Friday-Monday,I called,asked when to take off bandage-how to clean/treat area (it was deep).Asstnt told me she told me everything to do&gave me paperwork,-she hadn't.My kids were w/ me&verified she hadn't.Asstnt extremely rude-later I spoke w/Fleischmn-she said her asst. was right&she yelled at me saying she didn't want to argue-hung up-left me w/ no follow up care-never called
Heidi was my dermatologist when I lived in Albuquerque. I would highly recommend her for anyone, especially those with irregular moles. I was a patient of hers for over 20 years. I wish all dermatologist had her compassion and expertise.
Dr Fleishmann is an outstanding physician as a clinician and person who attends to the patient not just the lesion.
I'm curious...if Dr. Fleischmann is not accepting new patients...why does this site say she is? Not upgraded occasionally?? I've had a new primary every year since moving here 4 yrs. ago. Every one has recommended Dr. Fleischmann... she must be great! I'll keep checking - yearly.
My husband have been seeing Dr. Fleischmann for years. We both consider her a caring, well educated and experienced dermatologist!
