awful. Was completely rude, as was the RN that took us back. All i could see on the RN's name tag was Penny. So I am not 100% what her name actually was. Both were in a hurry and we felt rushed the entire time. Didnt take anytime with our 5 Year old son who was there to have his nose cauterized, & was VERY nervous, her words to our 5 year old when she got close to him were " UM YEAH YOU NEED TO STAY STILL" NO BEDSIDE MANNER...Will NEVER go back.
