Although the wait overall was pretty long I am happy with my experience. Checkin was easy they give you a small map on a card to find your seating area and everything is so organized. Finding and ordering new glasses was simple and they too a week to arrive.
Great place, very expensive, but doesn't help if I get glasses and contacts that take 2 weeks to get here and they only give me 5 days worth of trial contacts and then tell me it's unfortunate. Yeah it's going to be unfortunate if I can't see. Thats not exactly taking care of your customers is it?
Very professional environment
They were 15 minutes late starting my appointment with no explanation or apology. The assistants did not treat me like I was a person; their job was to get me out of their space as quickly as possible; the second tech wouldn't answer one of my questions. I was then put in the doctor's office where I waited for 20 minutes, again with no explanation or apology.
