Had both my eyes treated there. Very clean, very careful and efficient. Nice follow up too.
Terrible front desk experience. Also, got a bill in August and paid it same day online but I received the same bill again in September. Called them, they asked me to visit their office with proof of payment (this could have been taken care of on the phone). I went to the office today. Waited 20 minutes with the front desk dude who had no idea what was going on. I asked for his supervisor, they said she is finishing up a task and then come talk to you. She never did. I have invested a significant amount of time and money to have cataract replacement surgery and opted for light adjustable lens (LAL). Dr.Houlihan, Erica and the majority of the staff have been wonderful. I am most disappointed in Lily who schedules the follow up LAL. She doesn’t return calls to schedule LAL adjustment appointments and I’m told she is the only one who can. I had difficulty getting my first light adjustment scheduled, and am two weeks out from that adjustment and haven’t received a response from here or anyon... read more
Although the wait overall was pretty long I am happy with my experience. Checkin was easy they give you a small map on a card to find your seating area and everything is so organized. Finding and ordering new glasses was simple and they too a week to arrive.
