My wife saw Heidi to try and get a test ordered that the Mayo Clinic asked us to get when we returned to Denver. How this NP thinks she knows better than the top Gastro Drs. in the world is beyond me. She was impatient, dismissive, rude. Why do medical providers think they can get away with this kind of behavior?
I recently visited Heidi Crull, NP, at RMG Centennial due to the office changing my 6 week follow up visit with Dr. Madrid. While, I am upset with the RMG office for switching up my appointment without informing me, I am frustrated with my visit with Heidi. Heidi is a nice person and tries to listen, but she was unable to answer my questions in a thorough and compotent manner.
