DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. She just tried to make us buy a complete lemon, 336 American Drive. Horrendous new construction, structurally unsafe. She pretended she knew nothing was wrong and lied to us about why the previous sale fell through, but the neighbors told us 4 previous open houses fell through. After my home inspector DESTROYED the build, she still tried to convince us to buy this money pit and then changed up the listing to hide the things that were complained about the following day.
