I am very disappointed about a crochet job that I got for yesterday. When I got home. I realized that all the loops were sticking up. I went back to the girl that did my hair and instead of acknowledging that she may have installed it wrong, they just excused it away, gave me my money back and said go to another shop to get it done right I don't think that's very professional instead of acknowledging the mistake and trying to correct it and looking on YouTube on how to use the hair correctly, it was just dismissed. I usually braid my own hair and I decided to go to a shop for the first time. I am so glad I called this salon. She got me in the same day and my hair is beautiful. It’s tight however I was also given some advice and tips on how to loosen and maintain so my hair won’t fall out. I feel blessed. Thank you Ms. Heidi. Absolutely lovely ladies in there.
