I hear great things about this doctor but I was unable to make an appointment due to his staff. I came here to see if it was an isolated incident and it appear everyone has had a bad experience with them. I am giving up on trying to get an appointment.

Dr Heidenburg is top notch. I have no doubt he saved my life and helped me defeat cancer. He is intelligent and gives it to you straight in a professional manner. His follow up has been excellent. His staff is busy, but if you treat them with kindness they will treat you with the same. They are busy because they have some great doctors. I would recommend Dr. Heidenberg to anyone without hesitation.

His care of patient is almost zero...Money, Money, Money.. His office billed Medicare despite of my strict instruction that they should not bill the Medicare but they did but Medicare denied it!!! I question his judgement on prescribed procedure which never happened.

Great doctor, very knowledgeable, explains medical issues in easy to understand terminology. He has good bed side manners. However, can not say anything positive about his staff. The front desk, including his nurse are disregarding and unattentive. Impossible to get a hold of anyone, they do not unswer the phone even during opening hours and do not return the calls after we left multiple voice messages. Even surgical coordinator does not return the calls(serious health relatated issues)

Very good, knowledgeable doctor, explains in easy to understand terminology. Hoever the cannot say the same about his staff. They never unswer the the phone and do not respond to left voice messages. Trying for almost a week to get a hold of live person, and my health related issue is pretty serious.

Dr. Heidenberg is an exceptional doctor. I thought I had a minor infection while on vacation. Upon my return, I visited his office after being given an immediate appointment. During the visit he discovered a large tumor, not an infection. The tumor was removed the following day, followed by CT scans and testing. Luckily the tumor was benign. The Dr. and his staff were accommodating, professional and sincere throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him.

Rude office staff. They leave answering service on during business hours so it's impossible to schedule or to make contact. Dr has a nice manner, but twice has made mistakes causing me by misreading a test causing me to see emergency surgery and second botching a surgery causing persistent incontinence. Now after 2 life-changing mistakes I won't return.

Dr. Heidenberg is an amazing doctor with phenomenal intellect & a wonderful bedside manner. Unfortunately, his staff is HORRID! Down to the nurses, they are inattentive and disregarding. Forget the possibility of a return phone call regarding antibiotic medication refills even when you and your pharmacy have each attempted contact multiple times each time you need a refill. Forget being seen on time for appointments because they forgot you were there. The staff is what drives away clientele.

Dr Heidenberg is outstanding but his staff is the worst. Bad attitudes, and whomever is responsible for prior authorizations is absolutely pathetic. For that reason, I'm seeking another urologist.
