Ryan is either running a scam or a terrible business person. Maybe both. I placed 2 straightforward flooring orders in December. I had to cancel the first order and tell my clients that the vendor kept pushing back the dates without any end in sight. Things happen and I understood he may have had some supply chain problems and moved on. The second order is going on over 4 months with no replies or calls after countless emails/phone calls. ”It’ll ship next week” is all i would hear if I did get a response.
