I filled out a form. I have my phone on silent and the call went through to voicemail. They texted me and I was trying to get the information. She ended up calling me and the woman was very rude and told me there was a process and she needed an email. I told her I needed to bring up the website and she got more frustrated and said have a good day and hung up. Very unprofessional, they yelled at me and then hung up on me twice
This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a law firm. If you're considering contacting to pursue legal action --RUN the other way to another law firm.. They're ill-mannered, disrespectful, and based on the insight and questions asked, they are completely incompetent. I'm seeing the inaccuracies based on our correspondence from insights shared from another attorney. Again, if you're considering reaching out to this law firm, RUN, don't walk, the other way. They'll waste your time.
