I went to her for dizziness in 2023. Many times I asked for records and was told they were not ready yet. They would come in the mail. Records never arrived. My dizziness went away by itself after physical therapy.
UPDATE: Gabby is the one handling my case now and she is very thorough and very nice. She apologized and promised this is not normal for them and it will not happen again. My VA renewal and appointments are scheduled.
I sat in her office for over 1 hour, with no explanation and not even a courtesy apology. When I got up to walk out, the receptionist finally offered an explanation ('we're running late') and another appointment. No thank you. My time is valuable too, and I also value courtesy.
I am a veteran that was seeing Dr. Heidari through the VA. As soon as my referral ran out they treated me like I didn’t exist. I called her office at least five times and have given clear instructions on what they need to do to renew it. I even had the VA call her office directly to request the paperwork needed and they refuse to send anything. Maybe it’s because the VA doesn’t pay much or I don’t have a copay so she doesn’t make any profit seeing me.
My stepmother sought a second opinion from Dr. Heidari after her driver's license had been revoked by a previous physician. I would highly not recommend dr. Headri. I had heard all she cared about was money, and against my better judgement decided to see her anyways after i had an unexplained seizure while 16 weeks pregnant. She had me do multiple EEG’s, knowing all would have the same result and in the end of it all decided my “brain was hot” (her words) and couldn’t explain to me anymore. Wanted to put me on medication that was potentially lethal at the dosage she prescribed me to start me at. If I were you, I’d find anyone else but her.
Went to this doctor for over over half a year and she did not remember a single test I did or my case at all everytime I came in. I offered my concerns every appointment mentioning no improvement and the same forgetfulness, lack of empathy, listening, and arrogance. She does not listen to the timeliness of symptoms and events and orders every test under the sun that doesn't affect how she would treat you in the first place. Seriously — If Dr. Heidari diagnosis Parkinson’s Disease, you should get a second opinion. One should question any neurologist who sells her line of cosmetics to during patient visits.
