I took Clyde (shih tzu) to Heidanes Thursday to be boarded until Tuesday while we were away to Texas. I have to honestly say I think when we pulled away he was missing the staff already! He was very happy to see me but had to say goodbye to everyone in the office before leaving. Everyone there is wonderful! I do not like boarding him anywhere else because I know he gets the best care there. Thank you again for caring for my boy while we were away.

We have boarded our late pup and newest pup at a few places over the years some for a weekend and others for a week or more. Each time they came back timid and a bit shaken from the stay. This was the first time at Heidanes Hidden Timbers and we will never take our pup to another place again. When we picked up our pup he was in great spirits and ecstatic. Superior service, care and most importantly, attention. Amazing staff and facility. I strongly recommend Heidanes for your furry family members. Second to none!

Let me tell you a story about your dog! First of all, Reese is named after EVERYONE's favorite candy! Do I even need to go on? But I shall. Reese was on the groom table for nail trim before bath and I noticed he was shedding a LOT. I started to pet him and run my fingers through his fur so more would fall out, and then I heard this wonderful groan: O please MORE!!!!! They do such great work!! My dogs always smell and look great when I pick them up!! Thank you, heidanes hidden timbers for taking such great care of my fur babies!!
