Heidanes is a great place to have your dog boarded or groomed. They treat the animals their like their own and are always willing to go above and beyond to make you dog as comfortable and possible. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Betty has taken care of our terriers for years. My vet recommended her when we moved to Effingham from Texas. It is worth the drive because of the excellent care. Over the years we have had young terriers and old terriers. Terriers can be problem children but I know she knows how to best take care of them. I trust her completely. She also grooms them (remember problem children). In emergencies I don't have to worry. One time we had a very old Airedale that we needed to board. I just have to give a huge shout out to Heidanes! My Stella absolutely LOVES going there for boarding. I recently had her groomed and let me just say that they did a FANTASTIC job. What a quality, loving environment for my Stella when I need to go out of town. Thank you Heidanes!!!

Thanks to all of you for taking such great care of Lucy. She looks great, her eyes are bright, you handled her illness quickly and professionally, and she has new friends, including Lu! She’s been out in the yard, looking for her sticks, and is now laying inside on the window seat watching the birds.
Wonderful staff you can tell how much they love animals. The groomers are great. I always give them a huge challenge with my baby I wait to long but she always comes out gourgus. Thanks heidanes. I would suggest them to anyone the kennel made me feel so at ease with sending me text and pictures. When we went on vacation.
