We had 13 windows and a sliding glass door installed by Hegg Windows. From the moment we first spoke with them, we new they were superior to any other company we had been in contact with. There was no pressure sales tactics. No blustery sales demo tactics. They just wanted to talk about what we wanted and needed, and gave us a best fit solution, plus more and less expensive options. We had a great experience with Dave, Justin. and their install team. During our front door replacement we knew there was some flooring that was going to need repaired, upon inspection they found more damage than expected and were able to get it fully secured and finished in the same day. They have always been responsive to calls and emails, showed up on time, and their crews were very professional. Couldn't be a more professional company. They came into my home, were very friendly, informative and approachable, gave me actually the lowest bid by far (less than half of some), and then gave me double what other window companies had promised. I have 100 year old home, and they said they'd have to replace my historic trim. I expressed dismay, but they assured me it would be an exact match - and it WAS.
