I would highly advise you to refrain from working with Hegary Real Estate unless you are looking to work with a deceitful, dishonest, and unethical agency. I had the unfortunate experience of having to work with a transaction with this company that ultimately failed due to the agent John's unethical and immoral behaviors. During the transaction John's communication was brash and unprofessional towards my agent.
