They have lost their way. Leaving customers waiting to order in the drive thru and then rushing them to complete the order is indicative of a business that has shifted its priorities. Whatever the focus, it is definitely not on customer service. I won't miss the sketchy characters that hang out in the parking lot but I will miss the food. However, it is not worth the crappy service.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been back to my home town and Hefty burger ! All I can say is this , it hasn’t changed the food is still amazingly good the service was great , clean and quick didn’t have to wait long for food . Thanks Hefty Burger will be back soon 💜

I had the special 2 1/2 lb burgers and they were to die for. Polite friendly cooks and cashier. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Def a $7 🍔 ! Hot, juicy,loaded with fresh veggies... onion rings we're bomb
man!!! I have been sleeping on this place. I ordered a chicken and regular gyro. They were off the chart and only $6.99 each. they have really good milk shakes too (the reason why I actually stopped by today) but they said they couldn't do one or were out or something. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good gyro!
