We hired Josh the owner of HEFTY DECKS to build an above ground pool deck (for our special needs son) to township code. Deck was built, code enforcement failed it because it was not to code. This was September 2010. It is now April 2011 and after over 3 dozen phone calls that went unanswered on his personal cell phone and also his business phone number to have him come and fix the problem (he was paid for everything) he has yet to call us back.
