Best restaurant in Spruce Pine.....ever!!!!!!!
Too bad about the chicken wings, but I think that you are being too harsh. Perhaps the better way of handling this would have been a full refund, but who is perfect, every single day ? Jerry is a bit laid back and low-key, but I am sure that his way of "apologizing" was to give a partial refund. We have eaten at Hef's a number of times, and we find the food, service, and people to be excellent !! Sold me raw wings and was sick for days
I have to say that a group of old friends got together and the little fire pistol, I believe it was Santana that was with child kept me and my friends laughing the whole time. The food was good but the girl was just watching the other ladies watch her husband cook like someone was going to reach back there and snatch him up. Thank you for the cinema-like classic movie where the girl is always watching the man. GREAT MUSHROOM BURGER!!!
Everything was awesome, except when we got ready to leave and 4 smokers were right at.the front door. I am VERY allergic to cigarette smoke. All of their smoke hit me in face upon leaving. Thank goodness I had an inhaler in car. Lungs closed up immediately. Owner should address this.
