After more then 40 years of living of Hefner rd , I went to bed last night 3/17/22 and someone decided to remove the flashing red lights on the water tower. And replaced them with airport strobe lights. Shines in windows can’t sleep. You would think there was fireworks outside your bedroom windows.The red lights worked.!!!!! 40 years no problems with any flying things????
