I've boarded here for 8-10 years and was treated terrible today by a manager named Donna. She had an attitude from the second she answered the phone. I will not be continuing business here and I would only recommend it if people want their items ruined.
Called to make an appointment for my dogs to board. We just moved here and this looked like a cool place for them to stay. My dogs are very well behaved and have boarded numerous times where we lived previously. Upon asking the breed of my dogs I responded "pit bulls" only to be answered by "Our veterinarian doesn't allow pit bulls" I was shocked. Hello Lauren, I do apologize that the issue was not explained to you in an appropriate manner. I can see how that would seem extremely insensitive. However, due to insurance purposes, we are not covered if there are certain breeds that have been labeled aggressive or have previous bite history on the premises. The list includes, but is not limited to pit bulls and pit mixes. We personally do not discriminate against any breed. Several of our employees are proud pit bull parents.
