The lady who helped us was nice and helped us get in and out fast !!
Do NOT move here I just recently moved out after 5 years!! They constantly have pest issues with incoming roaches and mice coming out during season shifts! They never do pest control unless you request for it like that is INSANE! Water bill is continuously high they always change it.. They overprice your rent and you always have to pay a different amount of rent each month it’s not affordable there. They never keep anyone in the office it’s always a new person. People wayyyy too loud and it’s by a bad area.
Great experience thus far, the maintenance staff has been exceptional completing maintenance requests promptly. On site management is always on top of things and was able to assist with all my questions and concerns. * In love with the townhome floor plan.👌🏾
Maintenance & Office staff have been amazing
This is a beautiful property, and it’s especially exciting to see such positive changes happening on this side of town. Ashley has been wonderful, she’s kind, attentive, and always helpful when it comes to any concerns or questions. She communicates clearly, stays respectful, and gets straight to the point without ever coming across as rude. I truly appreciate her professionalism and warm approach. It’s great to see this property improving in so many positive ways.
