I would not recommend this builder. Dan does not follow through his promises and customers are tired of emailing him in order for a job to be completed. If you are not experienced customer, he will take an advantage of you and the quality of your home will suffer. If you are working with him - check every company he contracts and every word he sais. He seems like a nice guy, but do not trust him.
