Our Dad passed away April 11,2025. From the time Isabella picked Dad up at our home on a dark, rainy Friday at midnight until his funeral service on May 3, she has gone above and beyond what we expected. Having never gone through this before, she met with us and guided us through the process and answered all of our questions. My sister passed away in June 2024 and my mom in July 2025, both times Heffner Funeral Home was very accommodating and very professional. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. We worked with Isabella for my sister and with Liam for my mother. They were both very genuine and caring for our needs and requests.

The staff at Heffner was very professional while being sensitive to our feelings throughout the process of handling our Mother’s passing. They shared a variety of options and carefully described details of those choices. When we did make our choices, the results were of the best quality and thoroughness. Heffners funeral home did a great job with my moms arrangement. It was hard enough losing my mom unexpectedly at only 30 years old but they were patient and kind and very informative. The Celebrant listened to my father & I and came up with a wonderful way to share my mothers story. Many famiky & friends commented on how well they did. Heffners actually made a lasting impression on me at just 10 years old when my grandfather passed away. I knew where I wanted to have my mother's service right away.
