I can't express enough how pleased I am with the care, compassion and service my family received from Scott Ball at Heffner Funeral when my father passed. Scott arrived at our home at 3am looking like he just stepped out of a boardroom, showed total care and compassion while preparing my dad for transport, and then blew us away when he draped an American flag over dad's body before transporting him to the car.
