The amount of compassion Heffner showed to my family during this time was immeasurable. Everyone was so patient and so kind. Our officiant, Amy, sat with us for more than 2 hours to learn who our mother was and from that session, took everything we said and delivered an utmost power and beautiful service for her. We used Heffner's for our dad in 2016 and again for our mom this year. They are so helpful, caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. The staff is very good at staying in touch and confirming details. I would highlyrecommend this funeral home! Thank you to everyone there who we worked with!

Not a lot of people want to talk about this topic, but I have to say that the people at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory were respectful, caring, attentive to our family’s needs and offered suggestions when we just didn’t know how to navigate this difficult time. I just can’t say enough about the eulogy written and given by Amy F. She couldn’t have been more accurate on the details of my mother’s life. I can’t say enough about the staff here. My grandmother passed away and from start to finish the staff were with us every step of the way. Very responsive, accommodating and professional. We had to make several decisions very quickly and they really eased our pain and made it easier for our family. My grandmother looked beautiful. We didn’t embalm because she would be cremated so we had the service in the day bed - it was one of the best decisions we made…it just looked as if my grandmother was sleeping. Thank you!

Hefner Funeral Chapel and Crematory was great. They helped with everything we needed to handle the burial of a loved one and we were two states away. Scott was on top of everything from start to finish and even helped well after he needed to with some items. I would recommend their services to anyone needing help after losing a loved one.
