I cannot thank Heffner Funeral Home enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Matthew and Allison were truly exceptional. Our Dad passed away April 11,2025. From the time Isabella picked Dad up at our home on a dark, rainy Friday at midnight until his funeral service on May 3, she has gone above and beyond what we expected. Having never gone through this before, she met with us and guided us through the process and answered all of our questions. My sister passed away in June 2024 and my mom in July 2025, both times Heffner Funeral Home was very accommodating and very professional. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. We worked with Isabella for my sister and with Liam for my mother. They were both very genuine and caring for our needs and requests.

We have had two situations where Nate Ray of Heffner Funeral Chapel served our family. One situation was sudden and the other was pre-planned. In both instances Nate was personable, professional, thorough and sympathetic. In a time when grief can be overwhelming, we felt we were understood and the last wishes were honored with integrity and compassion.
