Excellent service from start to finish! I sent a Facebook message on Saturday, and they responded right away and managed to fit me in on Monday. The two service technicians were amazing—professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Prompt service and great communication made the whole experience easy. An all-around great company to deal with, and they’ll definitely be my first call for any future work. Highly recommend!
Two electrical techs installed some outside lighting and then new electrical switches. There were very professional. Did a beautiful job, came up with an excellent option for the installations. Even the clean up afterwards was addressed. Would definitely use this Company again.
I would highly recommend Heffernan Electric. Kevin and his team did an exceptional job of burying our above-ground hydro lines. They had to coordinate with an excavator and Hydro One to complete the job in 2 phases. The owner, Kevin, came on the day of the excavation to ensure things were going smoothly and to help us navigate the excavation through our hydrangea garden in the least disruptive way. Allstate Insurance sent out a questionnaire asking questions about our house. One being , do you have knob & tube? YES. We were given 45 days notice to get electrical updated, or Allstate will not renew our policy. We gave Heffernan Electric a call. In a very timely window, Kevin Heffernan came and looked at what needed to be done. Not long after we received the quote. Find another Electrician or better yet Apprentice. Had a hot tub hooked up then an electrical panel in the garage. Thought it was top notch at least I paid top notch until… I called these butchers for a quote to hook a generator up since I thought they did quality work. Not the case. They quoted me twice the cost than anyone else was quoting. No thanks. So I found another company. When they quoted me they asked if I installed the panel in the garage? I said I hired Heffernan.
