Hefferan came out promptly to give an estimate to repair a hole in our siding into our attic made by raccoons. When we called to ask them to do the job, they came out the next day and completed the work. I requested their pictures of the work once done and promptly received them. The siding appears to be fully repaired. The service was great and we appreciate their attention to a relatively small project.
Kyle, is awesome and amazing. He came right over and flew his drone and caught even the most minor imperfections on that roof, which was great. I never would’ve known I was missing scattered shingles at all since the house is very tall. Definitely don’t hesitate to reach out to this company and especially Kyle, at the St Charles location

I highly recommend Hefferan roofing to anyone in the St Charles community! Kyle Crawford was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process from gutters, to roof replacement to entire damage. I worked with Kyle to get our roof replaced due to hail damage. I was very impressed with Kyle's knowledge of the business and the quality of his work. He guided me through every step of the process. My insurance company wasn't always easy to work with, and it took longer than I expected to get insurance to cover all expenses, but Kyle stuck with it through the entire process. I was very pleased with how everything turned out.
