So thankful we used Hefferan Roofing for our roof/gutter work! Very professional and outstanding work. Kyle Crawford is very knowledgeable and provided optimal guidance throughout the insurance claim. He helped us fight our insurance for 2 years, making more phone calls on our behalf than we could count. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement.
Hefferan came out promptly to give an estimate to repair a hole in our siding into our attic made by raccoons. When we called to ask them to do the job, they came out the next day and completed the work. I requested their pictures of the work once done and promptly received them. The siding appears to be fully repaired. The service was great and we appreciate their attention to a relatively small project.
