Roofing contractor that was fast, efficient and a delight, they're based in Arlington Heights but came to Park Ridge, IL. We had a leak in my very young daughter's bedroom. Hefferan roofing is a class act. He's done my father in-law's and sister-in-law's roof and both have raved about his team's work. We had a leak in our roof and he promptly came out and determined the issue and fixed it without difficulty. Highly recommend and we will definitely be working with him and his team moving forward.
I got a letter from my insurance company saying I needed to replace my roof or they’d cancel my policy. Brian came out to take a look and was completely honest — he said I didn’t need a whole new roof, just the small flat section. He put a new rubber roof on that area, repaired a spot on the shingles, power washed the algae off, and even fixed a downspout that had been done wrong. He did great work, was professional, and saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. Highly recommend!

He had a “No-Pressure”presentation which we liked and he followed through to make sure things were as promised. The crew showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up everything when done.
