Service was excellent, Terry (Boots) came out to check out the problem the same morning I called him. Got the problem fixed with my Geothermal immediately. I would highly recommend Hefel Geothermal.

Terry and crew are conscientious engineers that do the job right. Very thoughtful in the design, build, testing and fine-tuning of the replacement geothermal furnace and in-floor heating system they installed in my home. Terry gave me a clear bid for work and made it clear where unknowns could bring in additional hourly work. The whole crew also taught me a great deal about how the system works,while they were here, and how to maintain it well going forward, which is just awesome. You should talk to Hefel Geothermal!

Terry provided a replacement geothermal system on short notice. He knows Geo very well. Corrected some issues previous company had introduced. He responds very promptly to follow up questions and has given great after the sale support. I Highly recommend Hefel geothermal if you are considering a Geo system.
