Heeyoung was very knowledgeable and kind. She was able to quickly recommend a plan for treatment which was effective and helped me feel better. She recognized my anxiety and helped to assuage my fears. She made me feel like mine was an important case to her and her expeditious treatment and recommendations allowed me to get back to a normal life. I am grateful that she was on my case. I have recommended her to my friends and I would expect nothing less than excellence from her and her team.
Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Heeyoung Kim!!! Searching for answers about my health concerns and Heeyoung was the first to really listen!! Starting a regime to regain my health and feeling stronger and hopeful for the first time in years!
she is not at all recommendable doctor, least bother about patience treatment and suggestions. During my appointment she didn't even spent 2 minutes of time to talk and rushing towards conclusive statements and does not pay attention to my details at all...worst experience ever...
I received inadequate treatment for a c diff infection that kept recurring due to her poor handling of my case. To be honest, I think she did not read my case file and so kept giving the same RX and directions 3 times even though it was not working. The third time she told me to do the same thing, I called an infectious disease doctor and am now getting the proper protocol for rCDI. She may or may not be be a knowledgeable PA but she does not pay attention to important details.
