Hidden Auto pay fees as low as $10. Rented a property virtually and Tim did not show the closets without hanging rods or drawers. The unit does not have a roof pipe instead there is a foam covering a massive hole where flies come into the house. Maintenance personnel are prone to gossiping rudeness, barbarism and do not do a good job, having to come back several times to finish a given request. Maintenance requests get postponed indefinitely. Poor insulation and no central air.
