Extremely disappointed with how loyal customers are treated here. I have been coming here regularly and finally filled up my loyalty reward stamp card and when I to redeem it, the girl refused to honor it and said they stopped accepting it a year ago. But that doesn't mean you can't honor already completed existing one and mind you there is no expiration date on the card.Very dishonest way to treat loyal regulars, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I’ve been to this salon several times now to get my eyebrows threaded, and I leave happy every single time! Tithi is so sweet and has such a gentle hand. Before discovering Heena’s, I went to other places that were sooo rough with my eyebrows and even left little cuts on my skin. I’ve never had that problem here, especially with Tithi. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does, and I always feel comfortable coming back to her. If you’re looking to get your eyebrows threaded, I definitely recommend giving this place a try! ❤
This is one of the most incredible waxes I’ve ever gotten. I’m going to cross state lines via Amtrak once a month to come. Quick, kind, efficient, amazing work and customer service. Was in and out in 20 minutes! Special thanks to Titi ❤
