Incredible service & workmanship! Had my hot water service die & within hours it's replaced, working & done by extremely friendly & knowledgeable people. Couldn't recommend Heenan Plumbing any higher, they are a truly fabulous company to go to for all plumbing needs. Thank you for the hard work & prompt, incredible service guys.
Rang with a simple enquiry and the reply was “I can come out and have a look.” They came out and gave a verbal quote if $1000-$1200 and I said sounds good. Later that afternoon the office person rang and said $2000 so decided to get other prices. I just received a bill for $110 for that enquiry. Might have been nice if I was I informed that they charge $110 to come out for 10 minutes.
I had to have our Dishwasher replaced, ordered a new one from Reece in Warragul. Rang Kamal from Heenan Plumbing ,he texted me back to let me know he’d pick the dishwasher up from Reece . The next day Kamal arrived at 8:00am removed the old dishwasher and replaced it with the new one. Checked everything was working, cleaned up and was finished before 9:00am. Great old fashioned service! Would highly recommend Heenan plumbing and Kamal.
The service is always great, and Kamal is polite, friendly and careful, highly recommend
Attended in a timely manner, resolved multiple problems, took the time to explain each of the issues with me clearly so I could understand everything
