I had a the worst experience at Heena Salon in McKinney. The wax specialist, Alley, was nice, but the owner stepped in during my wax. Even after Alley said the wax was too hot and to be gentle, the owner applied it anyway. I ended up with red burn marks that look like bruises. I have been to many waxing places and never had this happen. I waited over 30 minutes, and before my service started, the owner said there might not be enough wax.
