Two orders have been canceled. I emailed them, and they wrote to confirm that what I was going to order was in stock—they just canceled that order. I also paid for express shipping for two days, and it's been five days, and just now, they're canceling the order. I own a footwear and apparel wholesale agency and a brand of my own. I've been doing business for twenty years—these guys are going under. The writing is on the wall.

I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. First, only 2 of the 4 pair I ordered were shipped. Heelys didn’t notify me that the two pair weren’t shipped. I had to notify Heelys. Then for one of the 2 pair that wasn’t shipped, I had to pick a different style because they were out of stock for the size I originally ordered. I was also told that one of the pair would be free for the mistake in shipping. That never happened. Order before Christmas on the 19th pay extra to have them shipped before Christmas and they won't be here till after Christmas why did I pay extra

Trash. Ordered on heelys.com worst no FedEx tracking number, nothing. asked for refund because I don't have my shoes and they don't know where they are. Amazon is where I would go for faster shipping. Do not buy on their website just go to Amazon

Terrible service. I ordered a week ago and paid for express shipping with fedex and it still has not even been processed. When I asked why it still hasn't even been shipped I received a standard reply. Super disappointed and wish I would have ordered off amazon. Atleast I would have had my 3 pairs of shoes delivered already. Very disappointed.
