My visits with Dr Bates definitely helped me understand the cause of my foot discomfort. We discussed options for pain management and now the treatments I’m receiving have started to give me relief and for that I’m so heart-fully grateful.

I have just completed LDR therapy on both Achilles. It can take a bit to reach full potential. But I can say after the 8 treatment per foot I definitely feel better mobility and pain relief since starting and now completing treatment. Everyone there are super professional and kind. I recommend giving it a try if you're struggling.
My first experience was an excellent experience with Dr. Bates. He diagnosed my problem and explained everything which allayed my fears. Today March 25, 2026, I'm extremely happy to be able to walk, run, and hit the machines at the gym again. I highly recommend Dr. Bates and team.
Everyone is really nice, and helpful. Dr. Bates takes his time to answer questions, and explains your xrays. Tells you possible treatments that would give relief. Very happy to have found him, and Heelex. Hopeful ☺️
