All staff are pleasant and very helpful at making appointments go smoothly. The treatments are provided with friendly expertise. Results of the radiation treatments are amazing. I have only positive thoughts for the entire Heelex staff.

After 8 consecutive visits for my planter, fasciitis i can tell a difference in my level of pain. The radiation technicians are very nice and professional. I'm very impressed with how well organized the whole procedure has been.
This is definitely a 5 star practice. From the initial phone call to scheduling, and consultation with Dr Bates, I knew that I was in "good hands". All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely refer Dr. Bates to my friends.
