I took my boots here and I cannot say enough good things about this business, especially Megan! What a pleasure it was to work with her from start to finish. If you are in need of shoe services, I highly recommend!
Very nice staff, communicative but not a great experience. Paid a little on the higher end to have my boots re-soled. The one week timeline got pushed to two weeks (ok, things happen) but upon picking up…Quality was OK on the job for the price, but the biggest issue was metal tack was coming through the bottom of my shoe and into my foot the first time wearing so I’m having to have a repair done again.
Megan did an excellent job, she was extremely knowledgable and personable. She did an excellent job repairing my shoes, and has surely earned my repeat business. You should bring your shoes here!

My fiance and I stopped by to see if her boots could be fixed, the lovely gentleman working said they could not, and yet still tried for the sake of it. He gave her shoe a quick patch, that will give her a few more weeks with her favorite pair of shoes, calling it an 'ugly fix' when they look beautiful. Kind, incredibly sweet and competent, talk about Shoe Jesus! Thank you Joshua!
