Unfortunately, due to the office’s lack of professionalism, I would recommend seeking dental services elsewhere. There are literally dozens of dental offices to choose from on the Upper East Side, and hundreds in Manhattan. I came to this office when my dentist retired and Dr. Salm picked up the practice. I had cracked a molar and required a crown. His office manager is extremely hostel and rude, and Dr Salm seems ok with this. I recently moved into the city and was worried because I didn't have a dentist. Lucky I Dr Salm! Very funny personality and extremely professional. Made my transition easy. Highly recommended.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Pyon. It was a great experience. The office is a little small and backroom-y, but this may be due to the fact that it's New York City and rent is high. The setting is completely not an issue given that Dr. Pyon herself was competent and efficient, yet at the same time soothing and communicative. The whole checkup process seemed clean and hygienic. Also, Dr. Pyon made sure to tell me the cost of every sub-part of the check before asking for permission to proceed.
