Ms. Rocha is one of the most caring health professionals I've ever met, and I've been seeing her for over 4 years now. The practice, however, does not run smoothly because it lacks organization. There have been periods when the office is completely unreachable for an entire day, prescription refills are lost, and...I have to admit, I can't ever be sure that what I need actually is done within a reasonble length of time. However, the two ladies in the front office are kind and efficient.
Went to her for years. She's nice, but the office is a catastrophe, and her MA Dominic is just a jerk.
Drove over 2 hours. Almost get into a wreck. Get back on the road call to let office know i will be late. I am told as long as I am not 15 minutes late I will be fine. Get to the office to be told I dont have enough time to fill paperwork so my appointment was canceled.
