After horrible experience buying dream truck (2021 trailboss) in Dec of 2020,I vowed to never buy a vehicle from them again.took the gamble "lifter issue" and lost.At 27k miles my 6.2 lifter went out, still under warranty I contact Hedricks and assigned to service rep 'Logan'.He gave me an appt for the following week.I have my truck towed to the service department on 7/3 a call from Logan that he got the truck and will get tech started on it. 7/4 call from Logan that motor needs replaced, will be 2 week min. Hedrick's charged $250 to incorrectly diagnosed a problem with my Silverado truck failure to start. They installed an expensive new battery only for the starting problem to reoccur. Turned out that the battery cable to the starter motor was loose which turned out to be the problem. This issue should have discovered. Very disappointing. Never again!

Nice Dealership This is a nice and friendly dealership. We have shopped here several times just to see what was out there. The salesman for the most part were friendly and not high pressure.
