This "so called business" is a shame to our community. I went in to have my air conditioner fixed. They said it would be $99 to diagnose the issue, however, I was charged $179.00. After a 3 hr wait, I was told it would cost $625 to repair & I would have to wait 2 weeks to get the part & 8 hrs to put the part in at $75 an hr for labor. I left & my son-in-law ordered the part, got it in 2 days which was $30. He fixed it in less than 2 hrs. I believe that taking advantage of customers on this level is a disgrace!
