The Family care part of Hedrick is amazing. Hendrix sees my whole family and we’ve never had an issue with him. The ER is a joke though. I’ll definitely make the drive to KC before I go back again.

Throughout my experiences with Hedrick Medical Center, which have included multiple overnight observation stays, several aspects have consistently stood out and left a very positive impression. The friendliness and attentiveness of the hospital staff are truly remarkable. The nurses consistently demonstrate exceptional care and skill, and the housekeeping personnel are always pleasant and meticulously attentive to maintaining patient privacy, which is greatly appreciated. Terrible hospital. Woman Physician was extremely rude and had an attitude when she had called for us my sister has went to use the restroom and was in there for two minutes when I told the lady that she was extremely rude and let another family in front of me after I had already been waiting an hour. This is just one of the many bad experiences I’ve had with this hospital
