Not only did you spell my friend's name as Asshley instead of Ashley, you also misspelled her grandfather's first and last name which is Gilliam ******. You wouldn't take accountability and immediately started telling me that there was nothing you could do. You offered to send a new card after this has been on display to a family who is religious. Excellent Family-owned business! Their floral arrangements and designs are fantastic. My wedding flowers were beautiful and their staff are very professional. I would strongly recommended this florist.
I have used Hedman's for years. They did my wedding over 30 years ago. I ordered a beautiful arrangement from their website called cotton candy. I order the premium and added twenty more dollars to make it extra special for a friend who had passed away. What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. I was so very disappointed. When I called to let them know that what was delivered did not even resesmble what was ordered I was told.. if I wanted something for "show" I should have ordered something else. Hedmans is a wonderful florist; and Mark couldn't have been nicer! All the arrangements, from the mother's wrist corsages to the large bouquets flanking the wedding party were gorgeous! The table centerpieces were lovely, with fresh yellow roses, and white hydrangia. Service was excellent! Cudos to you all from the Vibbert and Hamilton families. You helped make this a wonderful day for Matt and Olivia.

The flower arrangement that they did for my Fathers funeral was the prettiest I have seen. I would definitely recommend them to all.
Great place. Beautiful arrangement of top-notch flowers at a great price. A friend of mine got her wedding flowers there and they were much nicer and lower cost than those east end shops.
